  • What is dropshipping?

    Dropshipping is an online business model that lets you sell products without manufacturing, storing, or shipping anything. You sell products at retail prices and pass on the order to your supplier at wholesale prices while keeping the margin as profit.

  • How soon will my dropshipping store be ready?

    All pre-built stores are delivered within 48 business hours. However, if a slight delay is expected because of any reason, our team will let you know.

  • Is the domain included in the package?

    No, domain names are not icluded in the package as it will cost you more to transfer domain name ownership in your name as compared to buying a new domain in the first place. You are free to connect any custom domain of your choice once the store is delivered to you. 

  • Will you teach me how to use my store?

    Yes, absolutely. We’ll provide all the necessary guides on how to add products, process orders, update website and everything else. We also run a blog where you can learn the latest trends and techniques, and you are always welcome contact our support team if you have any questions.

     

     

  • What is the difference between custom store and pre-built store?

    Custom stores are built from scratch especially for you, according to your own preferences in products, categories, colors etc. They are unique to you and their creation takes 7-12 business days (depending on your package). Pre-built stores are a copy of our existing successful stores. Pre-built stores are delivered with 48 hours after you place order.

  • Do you register payment gateway for me?

    No, registering a payment gateway account requires personal documents verification which we can't do on your behalf.

  • Do you charge any ongoing monthly fee?

    No, we do not charge any monthly fee for the store we build for you. You only pay a one-time fee at the time of purchasing a store. 

  • What will my monthly expenses for running the store?

    The only monthly fee you need to pay is to Shopify directly for your monthly plan ($29) and your monthly marketing expenses. 

  • Will I be the 100% owner of my dropshipping store?

    Yes, you will have 100% ownership and control. Once a store is delivered to you, you become the legal sole owner and can do whatever you want with your dropshipping business. We no longer have access to the store.

  • How many products do you add to the store?

    We will add 40-70 high quality products to the store. You can easily edit / add or delete more products as per your wish later.

  • What suppliers do we use?

    We use trusted AliExpress and Spocket suppliers.

    AliExpress has both - China and US based suppliers which we can use as per your preference. Shipping time for China based suppliers is 2-4 weeks whereas shipping time for US based AliExpress suppliers is 3-7 days. However, product catalog for US based suppliers is smaller as compared to that of China Based suppliers. AliExpress suppliers are free to use.

    We can use Spocket for suppliers. However, you will need to create a Spocket account and provide us login details. Spocket charges a monthly fee which you will need to pay to them directly. You can     Sign up for Socket here .

  • How can I accept payments from my customers?

    You need to sign up for a payment gateway provider like PayPal or Stripe. Many payment gateway providers don't require you to have a registered business.

What is the process after paying for the website?

  • If we need any information from you for the website, we will request it by email.
  • Within 72-96 hours, you'll receive an email with access to the configured website and a few simple steps to complete your details.
  • In a matter of minutes, you'll have 100% control of your online business.

Do I have to pay any monthly fees or commissions?

  • No. Everything is included in the price. All the income you generate is yours alone.
  • For the first three months of your online store, you'll pay €1 per month to Shopify. Starting in the fourth month, Shopify will charge you €30.
  • All monthly website plans are higher than Shopify's, so we offer the lowest prices on the market.

What do I have to do to sell once I have my dropshipping?

  • Reach potential customers with the strategy you prefer to follow:
  1. Free social media posts.
  2. Promote your website for free on forums like Reddit.
  3. Use influencer marketing.
  4. Small investments in ads on social media or Google.
  • When you receive orders, the supplier of the products (which we will provide to you) will take care of the rest.

How much money can I make with my website?

  • The products we select for your website will benefit from a 10% discount on the sales price.
  • Your income will depend on the number of people you reach with your store.

  • You don't need any prior experience, knowledge of web programming, or marketing expertise.
  • Google and YouTube have thousands of easy-to-understand tutorials on how to easily reach more people with your website.

  • Yes, if at any time you need to add products or change the design of the website, you can do so.
